FIRE QUOTE/ORDER INFORMATION SHEET (Step 1)

All our products have been extensively tested and the Certifire certificates for each product (containing the relevant information in relation to framing and maximum aperture sizes and dimensions for different applications) will be sent to you alongside your quote/order. We provide a range of products and different glass types and would ask that you complete and return this information sheet with the additional information we need to finalise your quote / order using the glass that most suitably meets your requirements.

PLEASE NOTE: Fire rated glass forms only part of a fire-resistant system. Any fire rated glass needs to be installed into a certified frame using an appropriately approved glazing system as per the relevant test evidence for the type of glass in question to ensure that the glass retains its fire resistance on installation. If the glass is to be installed within a fire door, then the fire door itself will also need to be certified. Therefore, whilst Fire Glass UK Limited can offer advice and assistance on our range of products and glass types, it is the sole responsibility of the end installer to ensure that the correct glass is used and fitted correctly and that the system as a whole satisfies relevant test evidence and current regulations.
