INSULATED GLASS UNITS (IGUs)
Insulating glass units, or IGUs, consist of two, sometimes more, panes of glass, separated by a cavity filled with either air or gas – usually argon or krypton. This gas provides further insulation as they are denser than air and less likely to let heat pass through the unit, helping to keep buildings warmer in winter and cooler in summer.
Our fire-rated IGUs are manufactured to Attestation Level 1 with certifire approved fire-rated glass fit for purpose. Quality is checked before delivery for guaranteed consistency.
