Designed by Studio SB Architecture and built by VEDA Homes, the properties embody a philosophy of wellbeing, blending natural materials like wood and stone to create calm, light-filled interiors that balance luxury with serenity.

Fire Glass Installation’s Involvement

Fire Glass was brought on board to help with the design, supply, and installation of five bespoke timber-glazed screens across three properties. Each screen seamlessly integrates into the homes’ nature-based aesthetic while maintaining full compliance with fire safety regulations.

We specified and supplied EI30 16mm Pyrobel fire-rated glass, ensuring the required FD30/30 rating without compromising on transparency or warmth. Astragal bars were incorporated to retain a soft, homely appearance, proving that safety and style can co-exist beautifully.

The Details

Every screen was custom-designed and precision-fitted to meet both the architect’s aesthetic vision and the stringent fire compartmentalisation requirements of the build. Our technical team provided early design input to ensure the correct specification of glass type and achieve the desired finish.
