Robert Mamet – Quiet Consistency, Outstanding Results

Robert continues to set the gold standard in the Sawn Area Q.C., inspecting hundreds of pieces of glass weekly with flawless attention to detail and a track record of zero NCRs. Calm and consistent, Robert leads not through words, but through action – uplifting those around him and setting an example for new starters by mentoring them during a busy and transitional period. His work ethic, humility, and reliability are deeply valued and deserve this recognition.

Ako Karim – The Backbone of Operational Flexibility

In a week where absences and holidays could have disrupted operations, Ako stepped up in every possible way—operating multiple machines including the XY, Bottero, and Saw, all while remaining on-call and ready to assist whenever needed. His adaptability and unwavering support ensured production continued smoothly and efficiently. Ako’s ability to move seamlessly between roles makes him an invaluable asset to the business, and this recognition is well deserved.

Irfan Hussain – Supporting the Team with Reliability and Initiative

While managing his own workload and phone responsibilities, Irfan has also consistently helped with filing and printing order entries, particularly during busy moments when others were unable to. His thoughtful support has eased the pressure on colleagues and demonstrated what true teamwork looks like. Irfan’s helpfulness and willingness to step in when needed make him a key contributor to the smooth running of the office.
