William Mutch nominated Adam Kyles, IGU Operative at Fire Glass Scotland, for Employee of the Month for April. 

Adam has worked within the Insulated Glass Units section for around a year and the department has in this time gone from strength to strength. Adam has shown great initiative within the department and works efficiently both by himself and as part of the team.

William said, “Over the past few months, Adam has helped exceed daily targets by smashing the previous daily record number of units made by 50% and as if this wasn’t good enough, beating it yet again the following month by another 50% – the department manufactured 151 units in just one day.

As you can imagine, this is an excellent achievement and comes complete with exceptional quality standards. Rarely if ever, do we see a DGU returned as an NCR. For the branch, this enables us to meet and exceed our sales and invoicing targets and has made DGU’s a fundamental cornerstone of our business at Fire Glass Scotland”.
