At Fire Glass, our people are at the heart of everything we do, and throughout 2025 we had so much to celebrate.

We welcomed 50 new starters across our UK branches – fresh faces bringing energy, ideas, and passion to our growing team.

We also want to shine a spotlight on our “movers and shakers”; 9 talented team members were promoted or took on trainee roles, proving that dedication and hard work really do pay off.

Milestones like these don’t happen without commitment and loyalty. Throughout 2025, we celebrated:

• 6 employees reaching their 5-year anniversary

• A record-breaking 7 employees hitting 10 years with Fire Glass UK

• 1 extraordinary colleague marking an impressive 15 years of service

• And an amazing 28 Employee of the Month recognitions across the business, showcasing our team’s hard work and dedication.
