February has been a month of milestones, achievements, and warm welcomes across Fire Glass. From birthdays and work anniversaries to stellar team performance, there’s plenty to celebrate.

At Fire Glass South, the month brought double birthday celebrations. Dom marked his 30th birthday, while Tony reached the impressive milestone of 60. The team also congratulated Constantin on 10 years of dedicated service, a testament to his commitment and contribution over the years.

The branch also made history this February. For the first time ever, Fire Glass South achieved a perfect KPI score of 120 out of 120 points in January – a milestone that speaks volumes about the team’s dedication, focus, and excellence. To celebrate this unprecedented achievement, the entire branch enjoyed a well-earned pizza party, honouring a record-setting performance that sets a new standard across the company.

Meanwhile, at Fire Glass North, Brian Tilley, Sales Manager for North and Scotland, reached his 10-year service milestone, and Fire Glass Scotland celebrated the dedication of two team members. Michael reached 10 years of service, and Will marked 5 years with the company, milestones that highlight our employees’ ongoing commitment across the organisation.

February also saw Fire Glass welcoming a number of new employees, strengthening teams across sales and production. Joining the company were Dietmar Balke and Karsten Reifschneider in Germany as Sales Representatives, Quentin David in France, and production team members including Gurpal Sidhu, Dine Adamou Traore, Rudra Gami, Kristians Grabens, Daniel Mole, and Christopher Robbin. Each brings fresh talent and energy to their respective teams, and we’re excited to see the impact they will make.
