Saverto Leadership Visit: Quarterly Review & S …
Mar
2026

This week, we welcomed members of the Saverto Executive Team from Germany for the first of our planned quarterly leadership meetings. The purpose of their visit was to gain a deeper understanding of how Fire Glass operates day‑to‑day, review our performance to date, and discuss our strategic priorities for 2026.

During the session, the Saverto team explored our operational approach, observed how our leadership and functional teams collaborate, and understood how we support one another across departments. This provided an opportunity to showcase our ways of working, highlight where we are performing strongly, and openly discuss areas where improvement is required.

A key focus of the meeting was our financial performance, including profitability, sales progression and our early steps toward expansion into the European market. Alongside the financial overview, the team also received a summary of our HR and people‑related priorities.

The session also centred on our 2026 strategic plan, ensuring clarity around our goals, the actions required to achieve them, and the alignment needed across both Fire Glass and the wider Saverto Group. The intention was to build confidence in our ability to deliver on our commitments while identifying where group-level support, resources or expertise could further strengthen our progress.

Overall, the visit provided a valuable forum for open dialogue, shared understanding and strengthened alignment between Fire Glass and the Saverto leadership team. We look forward to continuing these quarterly reviews as we work collaboratively toward our 2026 objectives.
