James Hingley, Contracts Estimator for Fire Glass Installation, recently took part in the Edinburgh Marathon, which has previously been voted one of the fastest marathons in the UK. The marathon takes in some of Edinburgh’s most iconic landmarks and picturesque views of the East Lothian coastline.

James completed the 26.22 mile run in 4 hours and 44 minutes. James said, “I’ve been running for about 13 years. I’m not in any club, as I prefer to run alone, mostly because I find it a great way to unwind and is perfect for thinking too. You can go wherever you want at any pace. 

Before this, I have completed half marathons and a few spartan races, which is about half the distance of a marathon.”
