Tayla Jayne Cowie, Administrative Assistant at FIRE GLASS NORTH, has been awarded our ‘Employee of the Month’ Award for February.

Tayla has demonstrated exceptional dedication and commitment to her role, ensuring the smooth flow of production to our shop floor while assisting in maintaining targets. Despite facing challenging circumstances with the absence of our deputy office manager, Tayla stepped up admirably, taking on additional tasks and providing invaluable support during this testing time.

Not only has Tayla excelled in her daily tasks, but she has also displayed remarkable leadership qualities by training our new office starter, all while maintaining a positive attitude and a professional demeanour.

Tayla’s exemplary customer interaction skills have not gone unnoticed. Her friendly disposition and empathetic approach have resonated well with our customers, putting them at ease even during the most stressful situations.

Tayla’s vigilance and attention to detail have helped to identify and rectify mistakes before they were sent out. Her unwavering focus on branch targets has significantly contributed to our overall progression so far this year.
